Premier League clubs shattered spending records with over £3bn spent on new signings, surpassing the previous record set in 2023. Liverpool spent the most, while Arsenal had the highest net spend. Bournemouth emerged £65.8m in profit after selling star players. The most expensive signing was Isak at £125m. In a surge of summer spending, Premier League clubs invested heavily in forwards, with Manchester City notably not signing a striker. Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Spurs all made big acquisitions. Newcastle allowed Isak to leave for Liverpool while adding Wissa. Wolves, Brighton, Nottingham Forest, and Everton also made significant striker signings.
