Telegram founder Pavel Durov refused a Western European government’s request to censor conservative political content ahead of Romanian presidential elections. Durov accused France of interference and met with French intelligence to discuss the issue. French Prime Minister Macron congratulated the winner but did not deny manipulation attempts.
