Geoffrey Kendrick, the global head of crypto research at Standard Chartered, believes that Bitcoin has not yet priced in growing signs of systemic risk despite its recent role as a hedge. Kendrick warned of bond market stress that could impact the crypto market due to political pressure on the US Federal Reserve. He reaffirmed Standard Chartered’s long-term price forecast for Bitcoin at $200,000 by the end of 2025 and $500,000 by 2028.
