Congressman Tom Emmer believes that the strategic plan to acquire 1 million Bitcoin will be enacted before the end of this Congress. He also mentioned state-level Bitcoin reserve bills and the interest of the Digital Assets Subcommittee in stablecoins. Legislation to acquire 1 million BTC over 5 years has been reintroduced.
