Sunil Kavuri of the FTX Creditors’ group stated that the bankrupt crypto exchange is working on compensating creditors in countries like Russia, China, Egypt, Nigeria, and Ukraine. China has the largest share of claims. Smaller creditors have been reimbursed, but larger ones are expected to receive payments in the second quarter. Former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried denies insolvency.
