Fireblocks has appointed former SEC Acting Chairman Elad Roisman as its chief regulatory and policy officer and general counsel for regulatory affairs. Roisman will oversee Fireblocks’ regulatory strategy, policy engagement, and legal work involving regulation, serving as the main contact with regulators and standards bodies. He will lead the company’s regulatory work in Washington, D.C. as it navigates evolving digital asset regulations and works with policymakers to support clients. Fireblocks’ focus includes stablecoin infrastructure, with Roisman’s experience in government and private-sector roles positioning him as a key figure in discussions around digital asset regulations and laws.
