Ethereum developers are finalizing plans for the Hegotá network upgrade in 2027. Various proposals are being considered covering censorship resistance, account abstraction, privacy, gas pricing, and validator economics. FOCIL is currently the only scheduled EIP for Hegotá, with other proposals still under review. Developers are aiming to narrow down the list of proposals over the next few months.
