The CFTC will discuss crypto regulation, artificial intelligence, and prediction markets at its Innovation Advisory Committee meeting on Aug. 20. The meeting will focus on using existing statutory authority and complementing future congressional legislation on digital assets. The CLARITY Act faces a Senate test on Sept. 15, and the SEC canceled its planned Aug. 14 crypto meeting.
