The US and UK issued 10 recommendations for stablecoins, tokenized securities, and cross-border finance without enforceable rules. Recommendations cover digital assets, capital markets, and cooperation between regulators. Both governments aim to create a pathway for regulated stablecoins to enter each other’s markets. The Transatlantic Taskforce for Markets of the Future published recommendations on July 14 to prioritize cooperation between two major financial centers. Regulatory rules are still established domestically.
