Eliza founder Shaw Walters has declared the Eliza token “dead” and announced the winding down of the foundation after settling a lawsuit. The remaining treasury was transferred to settle the lawsuit. Walters will not launch another Eliza linked token, but development of the ElizaOS framework will continue independently.
