Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has joined the board of cryptocurrency exchange OKX to help with U.S. expansion and strengthen ties with traditional financial institutions. Cuomo had been advising OKX since 2023 on regulatory strategy. His appointment formalizes an existing relationship and will involve co-chairing a tokenization venture with ICE.
