Bridge has obtained MiCA authorization and an EMI license in Luxembourg, allowing it to offer regulated services across all 27 EU member states. This includes the ability to issue euro-backed stablecoins, provide named IBANs, and expand cross-border payment services. The company aims to provide new payment tools for European businesses and streamline transactions between subsidiaries. Other firms are seeking regulatory approval to comply with MiCA rules, while noncompliant stablecoins are exiting regulated platforms.
