THORChain is moving into the next phase of recovery from the May 15 vault exploit by introducing version 3.19.0. Validators are reviewing this upgrade, which includes security patches and the ADR-028 loss-recovery plan. The release also adds compromised-vault quarantine and temporary keyshare checks before restoring network services.
