Binance has a minority stake in Alpaca as it expands its U.S. stock and ETF trading services globally. The partnership allows Binance to earn revenue from order flow and lending fees tied to user stock trades. Alpaca controls a majority of tokenized U.S. stock custody. The service offers access to over 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs with fractional share purchases and 24-hour trading. Binance does not handle or custody the securities traded through the product.
