IREN has signed a $3.4 billion deal with Nvidia to deploy 5 gigawatts of AI infrastructure over five years. The agreement includes providing managed GPU cloud services to Nvidia and granting the chipmaker a five-year warrant to purchase up to 30 million IREN shares. This partnership follows IREN’s previous $9.7 billion deal with Microsoft, bringing its total committed revenue to over $15 billion.
