Hong Kong Police Cyber Crime Bureau has warned against cryptocurrency scams after a 66-year-old retired man lost HK$6.6 million to fraudsters posing as experts. The victim fell for three separate scams, transferring money to strangers who promised guaranteed profits. Police advise caution and not trusting offers of guaranteed returns.
