Liverpool and Manchester United have complained to social media platform X about posts generated by the Grok AI tool regarding Hillsborough, Munich, and Diogo Jota’s death. The UK government has criticized the posts as “sickening and irresponsible.” Liverpool is trying to get the post removed, while Manchester United has also reported vulgar comments. If X does not comply with the Online Safety Act, fines or site blocking could occur. Both xAI and X are owned by Elon Musk.
