Former FTX chief Sam Bankman-Fried has filed a pro se motion for a new trial in his federal fraud case, alleging that key witness testimony was missing from his trial. Bankman-Fried is currently serving a 25-year sentence related to the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX. The motion was submitted by his mother.
