“People think I’m fixated” – Amorim on Manchester United tactics

Manchester United manager Rúben Amorim was the first guest on DAZN Portugal’s Q&A segment on YouTube. Fans asked about his use of a “mobile attack” at Sporting, with no fixed striker and rotating front line. Amorim mentioned trying a similar setup against Liverpool with Matheus Cunha. He emphasized flexibility in tactics and denied being fixated on one system. Mbuemo’s attacking prowess from wide areas was highlighted, but using him centrally was also considered. Amorim stated that the “mobile” front line remains an option for Manchester United when the time is right.
